Youth Work Plans

I started in October 2023 and I am delighted to be helping High Street review its youth work.

I’ve already had an extremely exciting time! It’s been wonderful meeting so many folks and getting to know the church along with local charities and youth work projects.

It’s been a thrill to have been joining in with Lumen on a Sunday morning! We have recently been exploring Jesus’ I Am statements making Lazarus mummies, looking at rotten rhubarb, and constructing sentences with spaghetti letters!

We are in a stage of investigating and exploring ‘what’s next’. Over November Lumen are sharing and imagining what Youth Work at High Street and the LX youth centre could look like in the future.

We are already hearing inspiring testimonials and hopeful dreams and I look forward to seeing what’s around the corner.
